How do I login to Zoom Court?

Please check in with your Case Supervisor in advance to make sure the Judge knows you are coming.  Then go to the following page and find the Zoom link for Courtroom G, Juvenile, Judge Wood.  Please refer to the instructions below to change your login before your hearing.

How Do I Change My Zoom Screen Name for Court Hearings?

To make sure you are called in from the Zoom Waiting Room at the time of your hearing, please text your supervisor once you are in the waiting room.

It also is very helpful if you follow these instructions to change your Zoom profile name BEFORE you sign in to the Zoom conference.  You cannot access the regular “Name Change” feature from the Waiting Room, so the Judge is left to decipher who is there by their Zoom Profile name (could be ml3334, or a phone number).  This way you will appear to the Judge as CASA-Julianne Langley (for example).

  • Before the time of your hearing, in a web browser (not Zoom App) go to https://zoom.us/signin
  • Click “Sign In” in upper right corner (not Sign UP)
  • Enter your zoom account email and password
  • Hover over the icon of the person in the upper right
  • Click on your account name
  • That will bring you to your Profile (it may have automatically started there when you logged in)
  • At the top of the page you will see your Account Name in bold. To the right, you will see “Edit”
  • Click Edit and change your First Name to CASA-yourfirstname Last Name to Lastname
  • Hit Save Changes, below
  • You will still join the meeting later by clicking the link that your supervisor emails you

After court, go back in and repeat the steps to change it to whatever you want it to be.
